Roofing: Commercial/Residential/Industrial estimating experience in APP Asphalt mopped system, Single Ply, Polyurethane coating systems, and Modified Bitumen torch applied roof systems,
Roofing: Residential traditional Roofing systems, to include trade-level estimating experience for Structural Renovations.
First and second story Remodeling trade-level estimating experience,
Deck waterproofing systems estimating experience for deck to wall flashing, substrate, joist systems, railing, landings, hallways, and load bearing walls,
Wood Decks, landings, hallways, floor joist, and support post structural renovations estimating experience,
Siding, corner trim, window, and lathing estimating experience,
Above-and-Below Drainage systems, and grading estimating experience,
Must have 5 years minimum estimating experience for the (above) trades with plan take-off ability, and Valid Calif. Class "C" Drivers License.
Journey
Level Roofer
5 years minimum experienced in Residential/Commercial custom quality tile repairs, traditional new and re-roofing, Asphalt mopped and Torch-down (BUR) system experience desirable.
Must have tools, and valid Calif. Class "C" Drivers License.
Carpenter Apprentice
2 years minimum rough framing experience in commercial and residential load bearing walls, stacked rafters, and roof truss systems, and live load deck framing systems to include concrete reinforced stem wall and deck pier concrete reinforced steel foundation framing.
Must
have tools, and valid Calif. Class "C" Drivers License.
